Month-Of Coordination is the perfect service for you if you desire to handle the entire planning process yourself adding all your creativity, time and heart, but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

 

MONTH-OF COORDINATION TIMELINE:  4-6 WEEKS OUT PRIOR TO  WEDDING DATE

 

Month Of Coordination includes:

• Total of two (2) one-on-one event consultation meetings of two (2) hours maximum.

• One (1) full planning meeting to review day of plans

• One (1) to be full venue walk-through 14 days prior to event

• Coordinator will review all your vendor contracts for accuracy. NOTE: You are responsible for negotiating and signing vendor contracts, as well as all payments

• Ceremony/reception layout creation or review for accuracy

• Wedding day of timeline coordination + distribution to vendors, wedding party and VIP's. 

• Coordinator will setup of any details that are not handled by a specific vendor – i.e. personal items, décor, place cards, seating chart, guestbook, menu cards, cake topper, table numbers, wedding favors, etc. at both ceremony and reception site, and ensure each site is set up to couple’s expectations

• Coordinator will confirm your hired vendor arrival and departure times, setup details, and send any relevant directions, load-in and parking information

• 1 (one) hour rehearsal the day prior to the event

• 8 (eight) hours of continuous full coordination services on the event day (can be extended if needed)
