Event Management + Partial Planning
If you have all of the main design pieces of your planning in place, and you're organized; but feeling overwhelmed, this package is perfect for you! You'll receive guidance to assist with the finishing touches needed to ensure a gorgeous, cohesive event. We’ll coordinate with your vendors and manage your wedding day once it arrives!

TIMELINE: 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

Unlimited email communication and coordination begins immediately

Comprehensive questionnaires to ensure you're fully prepared for the day and provide us with all the necessary details to execute everything smoothly

One full venue walk-through 30 days before event
​

Exclusive access to our preferred vendor list

Review vendor contracts for accuracy and detail. NOTE: You are responsible for negotiating and signing vendor contracts, as well as all payments

Monthly check-in with you and your vendors ​

Creation of floor plan for event day, if not provided by venue

Completion of detailed timeline sent to vendors 2 weeks prior to event day
​

Oversee ceremony and reception set-up. Arrange and decorate with personal items (i.e. seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, etc...), ensuring everything meets your expectations and that all personal items are returned to you

Final details confirmation meeting to review vendor orders and rentals and send catering final numbers of guests and vendors

Access to our comprehensive emergency kit, stocked with everything you might need on the big day

1 hour rehearsal the day prior to the event
​

8 hours of continuous full coordination services on the event day (can be extended if needed)
