DESIGN + COORDINATION

This package is perfect for you if you have the main pieces of your planning in place, your organized but your feeling like you need help translating your vision into a gorgeous, cohesive design. Together, we'll create a wedding experience that is visually stunning and executed with exceptional care.

DESIGN + COORDINATION TIMELINE:  6-MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

Includes:

  • Total of four (4) one-on-one event consultation meetings of two (2) hours maximum.

  • 1 full venue walk-through 30 days before event

  • Access to our online planning portal, checklist, and preferred vendor list

  • Review of vendor contracts for accuracy and detail NOTE: You are responsible for negotiating and signing vendor contracts, as well as all payments

  • Design check-in with vendors and venue

  • Assist in creation of floor plans for event day if needed

  • An action-item checklist provided for Client’s planning tasks each month

  • Your coordinator will reach out to you monthly to make sure your planning is going smoothly and offer assistance if needed

  • Creation and execution of event day, according to timeline and ensuring all vendors are paid and accounted for

  • Oversee breakdown of event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

  • 1 (one) hour rehearsal the day prior to the event

  • 8 (eight) hours of continuous full coordination services on the event day (can be extended if needed)

  • 1 planner assistant on site, day of event, if needed

  • Oversee breakdown of event and ensure all personal items are returned to client
